Ticket Terms and Conditions
By accessing and using our site, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. In addition, when using our website, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to the below, please do not purchase tickets online and contact a member of the race committee.
1.) Ticket Use Policy: Each ticket purchased is valid for 1 (ONE) entry admission into the designated race. Each ticket can be scanned only 1 (ONE) time. If a ticket is duplicated, our scanning system will throw an error. Any ticket which throws an error that it has already been scanned will NOT be allowed entrance into the event. No exceptions allowed. You agree to the ticket refund policy, which is that all ticket sales are final, with no exchanges or refunds. In the event of a rainout, races will be run a different day, and your tickets will be valid for that new date.
2.) Privacy Policy: The Belleville High Banks processes online payments through Stripe, and no payment data is stored on the servers or website of the High Banks. By using our services, you also abide and agree to the terms and conditions of Stripe online payments. More information about them can be read on their site at https://stripe.com/us/checkout/legal. We do not sell, share, or misuse your information in any way, shape, or form.
3.) You consent that we can collect your email address and use it for future email campaigns. You can simply unsubscribe at the bottom of any emails we might send. Your email addresses and other information will never be abused or sold to any third parties or agencies.
4.) Although the High Banks does not handle or store credit card data in any form on our servers or website, our website has an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate installed on the website. This adds the https:// functionality on the entire site which adds an extra security layer. All information is encrypted between you (the client) and us (the server). Therefore, all credit card/payment data that is transmitted to stripe is always secure.
5.) The High Banks, including the website software, functions, etc are provided “as-is” for your convenience. The High Banks website and creator express no warranties or representations, of any kind related to this website or the materials contained on this website. In no event shall any High Banks member, representative, web creator, etc, be liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this site.
6.) Tickets are a revocable license, which may be revoked at the will of the management and admission refused at any time in the sole discretion of the Belleville High Banks. The holder of any ticket acknowledges that there are certain risks inherit in the presentation of and attendance at the event for which this ticket and attending the event, ticket holder releases the Belleville High Banks, the participating institutions and their agents and employees from liability and voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal injury and loss of property and all other hazards, negligent acts and omissions, civil disturbance and activities arising from or related in any way to the event whether occurring prior, during, or after an event. Spectators engaging in disorderly or objectionable conduct in violation of venue policies may be ejected from the event without refund. The holder agrees to act in accordance with the Belleville High Banks ticket policies and regulations as adapted from time to time.
