High Banks Heat Up: Night 1 of the 8th Annual Belleville Sprint Car Nationals Delivers Action and Excitement
Belleville, KS – The legendary High Banks of Belleville roared back to life on Friday night as 43 fierce competitors from the United Rebel Sprint Series (URSS) hit the track for Night 1 of the 8th Annual Belleville Sprint Car Nationals – Rick Salem Memorial.
From the drop of the first green flag, the energy was electric. Five heat races set the tone for the evening, each filled with high-speed battles and dramatic finishes as drivers fought for crucial positioning.
Heat Race Recap:

Heat 1: John Carney II took the win, holding off a strong run from Joey Danley and Johnny Boos.

Heat 2: Stuart Snyder powered his way to victory, followed by Jordan Knight II and Stephen Richardson.

Heat 3: Rising star Ryder LaPlante impressed with a solid win, trailed by Jeremy Hewish and Tyler Druecke.

Kyle Jones, Owen Carlson, Tyler Knight, and John Freeman earned their transfer spots into the highly anticipated A-Feature.
A-Feature Showdown:
The main event did not disappoint. Riding the momentum from his heat race win, Witt Gastineau proved unstoppable in the A-Feature, charging to victory and kicking off the weekend in dominant fashion.
